This inaugural batch was infused with the intention of trust and intuition. Before the sound bath began, I paused to pull a card to help guide the session and deepen the intention. The card spoke to trust, but what stood out to me even more was what sat beneath it — a quiet, unwavering intuition. That felt fitting for the beginning of this journey. Starting something new requires trust, but continuing it requires listening inward. The sound bath that followed was shaped by that feeling. Rather than directing or controlling the experience, I allowed the sounds to unfold naturally, responding as much as I was playing. You’re invited to listen the same way — with presence, without forcing meaning, and with trust in whatever arises. In the long-form recording, you may hear a few dogs adding their own frequencies. In sound work, all sounds that arise are part of the experience. Nothing needs to be filtered out. Thank you for being part of the beginning. - Lucas

This second batch was infused with the intention of planning and focus. This intention has been present in my own life recently, so it wasn’t surprising to see it surface naturally during this sound bath. The session carries a slightly more activating quality, inviting clarity, momentum, and direction. In this recording, I introduced tuning forks, which bring a more precise and focused tone, alongside a new deep gong that adds weight and grounding beneath the higher frequencies. Depending on your state of mind, the experience may feel energizing rather than calming. You’ll also hear a few instruments I don’t often use in sound baths, along with occasional animal sounds woven into the background. They’re subtle enough that you may not notice them at all, but they’re part of the environment rather than interruptions. You’re welcome to return to this recording whenever you feel the need to reset, refocus, or move forward with intention. - Lucas

This third batch was the first one *bathed* in the newly finished studio space. This is a space to feel fully comfortable and held, to allow for deep healing. The card I pulled fully aligns to that intention — Guardian Angel. Those around us (that we cannot see) are there to provide support and protection. They guide us in ways that we are often unaware of… The sounds I felt called to infuse into this batch were mostly metal-based. Gongs and tuning forks played a big part in this sound bath — deep and eerie, alike. I hope you use these recordings to delve deeper into the subtle guidance that is helping steer you to your true purpose. The reason why you were born. - Lucas
